Austin in February

Okay…so I’m posting this a few months too late…I know…I know…I’ve been swamped. TCEA this year was good…we took a bunch of librarians and several teachers who presented. (Shout out to my secondary peeps – Jana, Stephie, Chad, and Rodger Dodger). They were phenomenal and the feedback from the crowd was terrific! My math team got calls for help from other districts…it was awesome!

Sandra and I presented on Web 2.0 and had a good turn out – and some good natured heckling from aforementioned teachers…lol!

I got to meet Miguel Gulin this year. I read his blog and follow him on twitter and have been a fan for a while. It was great to finally put a personality and a face to the writing!

I had a blast and am really looking forward to presenting more next year. A couple of workshops perhaps?
